For my birthday we decided to go camping Friday night! We just happened to end up going camping 3 HOURS away to Mount Dutton. You may be asking WHY there? Where is Mount Dutton? And why would you drive so far away to go camping? Let me clarify. Jeff drew a hunting tag this year for archery elk in this area (Jeff has never cared about what I blog about. But he is actually sitting next to me making sure I get this post right. And I quote, "Make sure you put archery elk. . .Make me sound like a man")! Isn't that exciting? He is so happy about it, he skipped around for a few days after he found out he had such great luck. I sulked for three days:) So we went there to check out the lay of the land.
Here is a picture of our camp site. We didn't hike far before we set up camp:) We love our new tent- Thanks dad for the wedding present.

Ahhh...the things we do for our husbands. You are a good sport Jen. And I know what you mean about the over the shoulder blogging when the post has to do with them. Jason always has to go through the posts about his races and stuff to make sure I get everything right. Funny boys. That campsite looks beautiful. I'm glad someone in your family likes to tent camp. Jason is girly and only like camping in trailers or RV's :)
I seriously laugh everytime I read your new entries, "make me sound like a man...."
We should have caught jeff's britney spears dance and lip sync impersonation from the cruise on video and posted it right after this one. I guess being able to sing with britney and bow hunt definitely makes you a well rounded person.
