California

It was time again for my crazy brother to do the vineman ironman in california, so Ezra and I headed to California for a couple weeks to hang with my family. It was fun. Ezra got really spoiled and injured on a regular basis. Houses that are not childproofed are not for my child. He was constantly burning himself on the low oven, running off the edge of the stairs without slowing down, and trying to drowned himself in the fountain. Luckily he lived. I would say it didn't rank high on my relaxing vacation list, but it was still fun.
Ezra swimming with Aunt Shelly. I'm not sure who is having more fun.

Ezra fell asleep on the way to dinner and refused to wake up. I think my mom was in heaven. He was so dead asleep he was drawing the attention of everyone eating out.

My mom is adding onto her house (because 4000 sq feet isn't enough for her and my dad) so we spent time at the granite store daily. Ezra LOVED it and ran up and around and through all the slabs of granite. I'm sure the workers loved it too.

Ezra at the Campbell house, where we stay and swim while Jason kills himself doing the iron man.

Ezra loves animals and spent most of his time feeding the nearby goats, chasing dogs and barking at deer.

This is a bad picture but this is my dad and brother just finishing the marathon. They really liked the race, I really liked swimming and watching the race. I'm very proud of my tough dad and brother.

I'm so glad you guys came out. We wish Jeff could have been there too. And I agree it wasn't the most relaxing. I'll enjoy it much more when my kids can swim on their own!
