When Jonah was 11 days old we got his newborn pictures taken. I missed out on the occasion due to a very untimely and unappreciated bought of GI distress. I don't know what I ate, but it was NOT a good few days for me. Some have pointed out the weight loss benefit of my illness, but it was short lived. With Jonah's birth we have been showered with wonderful meals and presents and treats. I have reversed that weight loss by consuming most of the treats single handed. And someone introduced me to tillamook mudslide ice cream, lets just say I am having a nightly affair with it. It is the best ten minutes of my day.
Jonah has been a pretty good baby. He eats and sleeps. His only down side is, well, he is a little bit of a screamer. He demands that he be held if he is awake. But he calms down very quickly and snuggles right in. He has been a pretty good sleeper at night too.
Ezra has adjusted well. He loves his brother Jonah. I am hoping God knew the extra love/abuse Jonah would undergo from his older brother. I hope he sent me a very hardy model. So far Jonah has survived Ezra.
